I’m trying to book a slot for my dad (diamond member) but it won’t allow the booking. It just displays payment option in the lower drop down box. Are diamond members allowed to book?
My account does the same so I have to go on to lymmac.com to book for me amd my son as my app tells me to buy a plan when I try to book anywhere even when all swims on the lakes are available
It’s not that it’s fully booked, it asks for a pricing plan to book anywhere else. It seems that the profile I created for him doesn’t know what licence he has. Thanks anyway.
