This is a really peaceful place to fish set in Cheshire countryside,
It is a very private place to fish with a nice head carp
There is a lot of 20’s and an unknown number of 30’s so if you’re after a great place to fish where fish have no names this is the place for you.
The lack of photos shared is because anglers have been very private on here.
It has been having a lot of work done recently to make the woodlands more accessible and to aid allow airflow and allow in some light.
There are rumours of some very nice fish so fancy a challenge in stunning surroundings don’t ignore the zigs
Do they come out in the day on here regularly or is it mainly a night runs water. I only ask as due to family commitments I am unable to do many nights during a season. From the above pics it looks a lovely water.
Hi,
I’m sure I have seen an image of catchpenny where it showed the peg names, I think one peg was called carp corner or something similar, but i cannot for the life of me find it again…then again maybe it was a dream.
Can I also check if the small carp park is still in use?
Thank you.
Darren.
Ta, booked on Serpantine this Saturday but will give this a go next. Is it a Cat water?
cheers Jason, is it a very deep late? Im sure i read it was 30ft? Would solid bag/pva mesh work?
No it is an ideal water to learn on and I will be on there most Saturdays
If you ever need advice on carp fishing I will be happy to show you anything you need to know 👍
Is this an water for more experienced carpers? I'm new to carping moving over from match fishing. Still pretty much just fishing solid bags.
