Hi All
When I turned up to fish catchpenny on Thursday afternoon I discovered this in the small car park
obviously someone forgot or could not be bothered to take their rubbish home with them after they did not finish their take away… I picked up the rubbish and put it in my van to take a dispose of when I was done. This however was not the end of it as I was fishing on the third leg around from the small car park (the peg with the little foot bridge) I noticed a b and m bag up the bank, initially I thought that someone’s bag has been blown up the bank and they’ve not noticed it so continuing my new found litter picking role I headed up the bank to retrieve the bag.
I lifted the bag up and instantly realised it was not empty, it was full of shit and by shit I don’t mean rubbish it was actual shit some inconsiderate filthy human being had shit in a bag and thrown it up the bank for someone else to deal with or to sit there until the bag degrades…..
I don’t know what to say I wouldn’t dream of doing this, I’m not sure what but something needs doing,this behaviour is not acceptable.
Hello I have only just seen this the rubbish found in the car park was mine it was on the blind side of my car when I was packing up was a genuine mistake and won't happen again i left Thursday am as for the other disgusting thing found I have no knowledge nor would I ever do anything like that apologies again for the mistake
Hopefully when members see this they will realise why even for short sessions toiletry requirements are needed and why Baliffs ask as part of there duties. Not great angling practices by said ‘member’ 🤮
Well done for removing it mate had to do something similar the other day with discarded USED toilet roll 🙄🙄
That is absolutely disgusting. Good on you for taking what you could home with you a credit to the club and the sport… the complete opposite of the noddies that left it
Instant ban can’t be that hard to track down the culprit, name and shame litter loses waters
If I find anyone who has done this they will have their card removed and have to answer to the committee!
I find it disturbing that someone thinks it is even acceptable.
If they see this post hopefully they will understand we won’t tolerate this kind of behaviour.
If they are like this on the bank how do they treat their home?
When did you find it?
I will ask the bailiffs to keep an eye out.
Unfortunately it does sound like someone new to the club as most old members know we do not accept it
