First one of the year, well over 40lb.. it's a repeat capture for me. I weighed her in 2022 at 42lb, I didn't bother this time but she looked bigger.. my 2 year old in the picture
I had it at 45Lbs+ in 2023 and again at 42Lbs last year. I believe it came out later in the 24 season at 39Lbs, so its lost a bit of weight since stocking. There is plenty of silvers in the pool to munch on so hopefully last year was just a blip and it'll pile on the weight again. It's certainly got the frame to weigh a fair bit more.
Certainly does when it was in wrinehill it tried take me round the island I caught the same fish 6 days apart first time I was using me 10ft rods but made sure I took me 12ft the second time

Looks bigger on your pic what weight did it go in wrinehill? Last time I caught it I pulled 3 rigs out of its mouth
