The most favoured pegs are the double sandbank, the new corner peg, pegs 3 to 6 and then on the motorway side peg 50 down to the island, I've used lots of different baits on there and have caught on most so wouldn't say there's a preference on bait, the fish do like pink and white though in my experience, again it's worth just trying different things and see what works for you, hope this helps.
