When do membership renewals start?
Canals and Rivers – membership open all year.

Still water and full memberships – you will be invited to renew the first week in December.

When do I have to renew my membership by?
To guarantee a place for the next membership year you need to renew by the end of January of that year, failure to do so can result in you losing you place.

Can I still use my current membership card the following January if I have not yet renewed for that year?
Yes, you may use your previous years card until the end of January.

Once I have renewed my membership when will I received my new membership card?
Once you have renewed your membership, you should receive your new card within 5-7 working days – we do aim to get new cards out as quickly as possible but due to the busy time of year delays can happen so please be patient.

How do I join Lymm Angling Club?
Since 2020 Lymm has had to operate a waiting list due to the popularity of our waters and club. Please join the waiting list here.

Once I have joined the waiting list how do I know what number I am on the list?
This is available to see on the club website in the Waiting List Tab, just type you name into the search function.

If I am on the waiting list, when will I be invited to join?
We will start to invite prospective new member on the waiting list to join in February each year.

How long is the waiting list?
In the past all people on the waiting list have been invited to join, in other years they have had to wait until the following year. The number of invites sent out is determined by the current membership retention.

Can I help out on work parties if I am not a member?
Unfortunately, due to our insurance policy, non-members cannot attend work parties.
